Six candidates have their hat in the ring for Durango's City Council. If you're new to the area or a first time voter you may wonder what kinds of influence the winners of this contest April 4th may have on our collective future.
We are citizens who believe the best way to arrive at solutions to local school issues is through meaningful, constructive, and responsive dialogue between all parties involved: school board members, administrators, teachers, parents and the wider community of support. We are an entirely volunteer support group of parents, community members and organizations.
